Alt text starts with "image of" or similar

Why it matters

Screen readers already announce "image" or "graphic" before the alt text, so saying it again makes people hear "image, image of a dog".

How to fix it

Drop the opening "image of", "picture of" or "photo of" and describe the content directly.
