Alt text looks like a file name

Why it matters

Alt text such as "IMG_4032.jpg" tells a screen reader user nothing about the picture. It is read out letter by letter, which is worse than silence.

How to fix it

Replace it with a short description of what the image shows. If it is decorative, use an empty alt instead.

<!-- Before -->
<img src="p.jpg" alt="IMG_4032.jpg">

<!-- After -->
<img src="p.jpg" alt="A baker dusting flour over a tray of loaves">
