If A11yMate is not right for you, you get your money back.
The guarantee
You can have a full refund within 30 days of any payment. That includes your first purchase and every renewal. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email hello@a11ymate.co.uk from the address you bought with, or include your order number. You can also use the refund link in your receipt from Freemius.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show, usually a few working days.
After 30 days
We do not normally refund part of a year. But if something has gone wrong that we cannot fix, tell us and we will be fair about it. Your legal rights apply whatever the date. The terms of sale explain them.
Your legal right to cancel
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. For digital content you use straight away, that right usually ends once you start using it. Our guarantee is longer and covers you either way. To cancel, all you need to do is tell us clearly, for example by email.
What happens after a refund
We deactivate the licence, so the paid features and updates stop. The free version keeps working, and your scan results stay in your own WordPress database.
