Page scrolls sideways at 320px wide
Why it matters
People who zoom to 400% on a desktop get the equivalent of a 320px-wide screen. If the page scrolls in two directions, reading is a chore.
How to fix it
Find the element that is wider than the screen (often a fixed width, table, image or code block) and let it shrink or scroll on its own.
img, video, iframe { max-width: 100%; height: auto; }
pre, table { overflow-x: auto; } Read the W3C guidance: Understanding 1.4.10 Reflow.
