Frame has no title
Why it matters
Screen readers list frames by title. An untitled embed is announced as just "frame", so people cannot tell a map from an advert.
How to fix it
Add a title attribute that says what the embed is.
<iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/abc" title="Video: how we bake sourdough"></iframe> Read the W3C guidance: Understanding 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value.
